Construct 3D Model from Wenglor's 3D Line scan Laser

Hi,

I am trying to acquire data from Wenglor's 3D Line Scan Laser and construct a 3 D Model for Measure purpose. Data is acquired in interm mode but in Encoder Mode an error saying "trigger not received" is displayed and communication times out. Can anyone help me in resolving this issue?

I have done in the past what you are trying to do but with a scanner from a different company, so I cannot provide you with specific help.

However, here is a suggestion. If you want any chance of getting a response, try to be more specific with your question. The problem can be hardware (are you receiving the actual trigger signal, if yes, is it the right type (TTL vs. 24V for example)), it can be software, it can be a question of drivers or configuration.

Say what you tried, what are the problems that you ruled out, any error messages you got if any, and maybe provide some of your LabVIEW code (make it as simple as possible). In any case, try to be as specific as possible in your question.

We are also trying the same thing to construct 3d Image from the same device, 

If you are able to plot the 3d image, can you please help us to get this?
