How can I acquire and analyse signals from analog input on myRIO?

I tried to acquire a signal from nerve via analog input. I was able to get something on labview but it is a value instead of a waveform. How can acquire the signal and analyse it for peak to peak?

What did you try so far?

How often were you acquiring the data?  Even waveforms are "just a value" when they are read.  They don't become waveforms until you merge a lot of readings together.
