Ni Elvis "No supported device"

I was trying to use NI ELVIS but it shows no supported device. However, NI MAX can detect my device, as welll as acquiring signal from Labview. When I was trying to use function generator from NI ELVIS, it doesn't have an option for me to select my device. My device is NI USB-6008.  Thank you very much!

It's not expected for the device to not be found in NI Elvis.  I had a few other questions:

Does the device pass the self-test in MAX?

Was the computer restarted after installing the ELVISmx driver?

Can you open a test panel in MAX to verify the device is working properly?

Thanks for your response!

The device passed the self-test in MAX.

The computer had restarted after intalling the ELVISmx driver.

What other possiblities do you think would cause failure to detect USB 6008? Do you recommend for uninstall ELVISmx driver and reinstall it?

In Labview, it is working fine through DAQ Assit, but whenver I try to use ELVIS, it fails to detect the device.

Thank you!

The following are some screenshots from NI-MAX and ELVIS. I have tried to force reinstall the NI ELVISmx 4.5, but it still remains the same problem. Thank you for your help.

The NI ELVISmx soft front panels only support NI ELVIS II/II+ and NI myDAQ devices. The USB-6008 is not a supported device for use with the NI ELVISmx driver.
