It was working before and I think my saw software went through some automatic updates abd then after that I was unable to select the DC level. I've uninstaled and reinstalled the software, I've also upgraded laptop from windows 8 to 10 and is still not opening the launcher screen for me to select DC level
Can you please attach some screenshots of what your are doing (opening software, trying to set DC level, etc.). It would help a lot to be able to understand your issue.
