The “NI myRIO Project Essentials Guide” says “Download http://www.ni.com/academic/myrio/project-guide-vis.zip ...”, but that address gives an error 'Cannot do the download …' .

Other times, the link opens a page that contains nothing related.

Does anyone have these files?
Or do you know where I can find it?

Try http://www.ni.com/myrio/project-guide.  This is the link that is published in the Project Guide, itself.

In the file you send to me there is this underlined link which contains the demo VIs, they are the ones I can't get anywhere.

Sorry, I'm not sure where NI has moved it.  I'll try to find out, but it may take some time.  But did you notice that the author, Dr. Ed Doering, has a link to a YouTube video where he shows and explains the VI?  You'll have to code it up yourself, but that is "good practice" in learning to write LabVIEW programs -- try to make your code look as "nice" as his.
