When do you get this error dialogue, and do you know what object it is referring to?

What type of target do you have in your project, and is it real or simulated?

If you open up NI License Manager, does anything appear to be inactivated? You want to watch out for any red or white icons, as show here:

Finally, what type of operating system are you running this program on?
