XNET Database Editor standalone installer

Is there a standalone installer for the XNET Database Editor? I thought it was going to get installed with XNET runtime but it didn't.

This isn't included in the runtime portion of the XNet API. Editing databases with a full UI editor is more of a development type of activity and so it is included in the full XNet development installer.  This can be installed without any addition license or cost.  It is just a rather large installer since it will also include many of the drivers and tools used in development.
