I will start with a project using automotive diagnostic command set but I don´t know how to use it

and my request is if you can give me information (examples, tutorials, videos, etc) everything about 

how to use it.

Well did you install it?  If you did then you already have manuals and documentation.  Go to Help >> Example Finder and search, or look under the modules installed and it should be in there.  Help is generally found in the start menu, under National Instruments.
