Hi Don,

Currently no clear plan. But we could consider to build one and put it on NI Labs for you to try just like Advanced Signal Processing Toolkit.

Are image related functions you are focusing on?

Thanks!

Yes, I might have large stacks of DICOM images that could create some problems in terms of the size of the data cube for the 32-bit version.

Sincerely,

Don

Hi.

I'm writing as member of OptiNav Group (more precisely, OptiMedi company involved in medical projects).

We are working on a software for preoperative and operative planning. In short.. The system will consist three main parts:

-reading DICOM data and extracting bone

-creating and editing 3D bone model

-creating a guider for implant surgery

Currently, we are developing application using .raw files, created in Matlab enviroment. This solution is only temporary. In near future we would like to

use Biomedical toolkit as tool for DICOM reading. Ofcourse we had some problems with large data sets such as 3D Arrays, but  fortunately we left

this problem behind (thanks to 64-bit LabVIEW).

We are wondering if we could be testers of Read DICOM possibility from Biomedical toolkit.

For more information about our project, I encourage to see our presentation from NI Days 2012 (Warsaw, Poland), that could be find on this adress.

Hi Michal,

Yes you can. However, currently we don't have any clear plan for 64bit Biomedical Toolkit.

Thanks!

Any updates on 64-bit Biomedical Toolkit?

Have it been updated since 2014?
