TLDR: I need a list of extracted RR-intervals in an Excel file.
I am a lab assistant designing an experiment involving synchrony measures between RR intervals in ECG readings recorded from different participants in tandem.
The ECG feature extractor does a fine job of detecting R-peaks in all of our data. (attached image 1)
I can even access a list of these timestamps in the Biosignal viewer tool, from the file processed by the ECG feature extractor and the annotation file. (attached image 2)
My challenge lies in getting all those R-peak timestamps into one easy-to-process location, like an excel sheet.
I've tried:
-simply copy pasting from the list of annotations in image 2. No luck.
-editing the annotation file with a variety of editors hoping it employs a universal format of data storage. No luck.
Considering how neatly the ECG feature extractor works with our data, it would be ideal to have a streamlined way to export just R-peak timestamps.
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.
PS: please ignore the timescale; it's stretched 100x.
