Hello all,
This is Rutsu from NI Japan and I have a question with file format converter.
It is really cool that we can import signals in many different format but I would like to save signals in .mat format.
I chekced the following and it looks like it was supported before to convert data into .mat format but I could not find it in the current version of Biomedical toolkit.
How to use NI Biomedical Startup Kit 2.0 - File Format Converter
Is there any way we can conver the signals into .mat format?
Thanks in advance
Regards

The new version can export to PhysioBank format. There is a matlab toolbox to import PhysioBank files.

Thanks for the reply, JB.
It helped a lot
This is just out of curiosity but is there any particular reasons that the toolkit stopped supporting .mat format?
Thanks
Rutsu
