How does that leaderboard work? Time from getting data or number or submit tries?

My understanding is it is based on order of successful submissions. For example, the first to submit valid solutions gets 100 points. The second person gets 99 points, and then further down the line. I am not active in it due to a ton of other things I'm trying to clear out. But there has been some interesting discussions in the Discord.
