Free MultiSim Blue coming in September

Okay I saw MultiSIM BLUE being promoted but I still am not sure how it differs from the normal MultiSim.  It is free so I assume it has some features removed.  Can someone give a high level "This is the imporant differences"?  Thanks.

From my quick chat with the rep, feature-wise it's the full version, but has a 50-part limit. 

The big thing they were promoting was its integration with the Mouser cart and ordering process.
