Is this for real?

Nexus-based DAQ for less than $500?  Kind of kindles the imagination. Smiley Tongue

Just wait until they come out with a version for the kindle. 😉 Let the puns begin.

Actually, the DAQ device is only $199 and you can probably use it with any modern android device. ($229 is the stock list price for the 16GB Nexus 7, so there is not really any bundle discount. There is actually a $1 bundle penalty: $429 for the bundle = $199 for the DAQ + 229 for the N7 + $1 :D. You do the math.).

(Since 2005, MCC is apparently a subsidiary of NI).

In any case, that's why we need LabVIEW for Android. 😄 (Yes, a little more than Data Dashboard).

I haven't been paying much attention to tablet-based DAQ. Laptops are cheaper, more powerful and can run Windows/LabVIEW/everything else. I was just a little surprised with the price of the bundle. I suppose if you're looking to save a few ounces a tablet is the way to go. Smiley Wink
