NIWeek Android app - corrupted downloadables

I attended NI Week this year and have been attempting to download the .ppt and .pdf files that were uploaded to the Android app by individual session instructors.  When I try to view these files directly, by tapping the check mark in the app, I get an error saying "Cannot display PDF (xxxxx.PDF is of invalid format)".  If I email a file to myself from the app and try to open it in Windows, I get the error "The file is damaged and could not be repaired".  These errors are showing up on every file I try to download.  Is there an alternate method or source for downloading these files?

I was trying to find them through the www.ni.com/niweek page and did not realize there is a NI Week community group.
