When are new ideas accepted?

I was not very active in the forums when the transition to LV2010 happened. I know that 2011 just came out and it is kind of early. But what is the expected timeframe that accepted ideas on the exchange go to the in development section?

The LV beta is generally announced around February, so you need to take a few months back to allow for development time. I would say that the Aug-Oct timeframe is likely, although it's quite possible some of the ideas are decided on before and after that timeframe and that the status on the IE does not truly reflect the actual status of the idea.
