CLA Exam Review - ATM

Hi,

Attached is an example of the CLA exam, I have the following doubts:

  1. Its Ok the use of LabVIEW interfaces? the exam will be on a machine with LabVIEW 2020 or later?
  2. What do you think about the methods, are too much information? I am missing information?
  3. What do you think about the database? its ok to leave the simulation database empty and only fill the methods of the parent class? its better to leave the parent class empty and fill the methods of the simulated database?
  4. What do you think about the error handler?

Thanks!

CTRL-S: Yes

CTRL-W: Don't. It will close your VM session not your VI. 😖

Don't know on the others.

After 2023, NI has transitioned its certification exams to be administered through Examity.
so you can check with the Examity for using the shortcuts.

Common Shortcuts

  • CTRL+S (Save): Generally allowed for saving your work.
  • CTRL+F (Find): Typically allowed for searching within documents.
  • CTRL+I (Italicize): Often used in text editors and should work if the exam environment supports text formatting.
  • CTRL+K (Insert Link): This might not be relevant unless the exam environment supports hyperlinking.
  • CTRL+W (Close Window): Be cautious with this as it might close your exam window.

Specific to Examity

Recommendations

  • Check Exam Rules: Before starting your exam, review the specific rules and guidelines provided by Examity. These will outline any restrictions on keyboard shortcuts.
  • Practice Environment: If possible, use a practice environment to test which shortcuts are functional. This can help you avoid surprises during the actual exam.
