Gris,

When you say the device doesn't show up, do you mean in the Windows Device Manager?

You may could install the DAQmx drivers.

Overall, the card should be compatible with Windows 7.

Daniel,

Yes, the device was not recognized in the Device Manager.  I had installed NI-DAQ 6.9.3 because my software uses the legacy NI-DAQ (I'm using CVI 6.0) and I've always used WinXP machines.

I did install DAQmx and the computer now recognizes the '6602.  I guess I'll have to go to a newer version of CVI and rewrite my software to work with DAQmx.  Or do you have other ideas?

Thanks,

Gris

Gris,

Updating your code to DAQmx is always a good idea from a support and currency perspective.

Here's a good tutorial for help: http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/5957

If you're not really interested in that amount of workload, you may try to install the latest version of TDAQ again to try to get your computer to find the device- but there's no guarantees.
