How to synchronize the PCI-1588 with the PPS signal of a external GPS receiver?

Hi,

I’m using a PXI-6682 to time tag the external trigger of my data acquisition system.

It gives me back three integer number (seconds, nanoseconds and fractionalnanoseconds since 1^st January 1970).

How can I convert those three numbers in a "YYYY MM DD hh mm ss.mmmuuunnn" format?
