use of tabbing front panel

i know how to tab the front panel . but not able to understand what is the use of tabbing . if possible any one explain with the help of a example

It is analogous to the case of a browser. Earlier in the browser, if you wanted to have multiple web pages open, you would need multiple windows, but nowadays, there are tabs in the same window which make the switching between different web pages much more easier.

So, tabs are for the convenience of the user. You can find an example in the LabVIEW Example Finder. Go to Help -> Find Examples. In the Search TAB, type Tab Control and you will find the required example on Tab Control.
