where to put complaints of hardware support

Sorry for the delay but i was very busy with a robot .

 

well samples to read  was 5  and divisor was 4

 

No time out error

 

Still playing around but i think we come close to solution

(other question  what is the tick exact ?  ,is it evry pulse of the pulse train)

A tick is a digital edge of a clock.  Are you still running without error?

stil running with out a error

 

And its very strange that tech support office in netherlands could not tell me where i could find that tick   as i  a requested it where i could find that.

They said it not possible that you can see that

So when i got this value in ticks            at high freq  sample mode     3,28507M             

 

how many ticks exact  becuase the M  confuse me also the   , semicolon

M stands for mega (10^6), thus 3.28507M= 3.28507*10^6 ticks

Correct me when i am wrong please,this means for the calc    80 MZ clock

80.000  /3285070= 0,024352601314431655946448629709565    seconds.....................
