MC USB-1808 External clock input troubles

Hello,

I have some troubles with DasyLab V2016 SP1 and USB-1808.

My config:
* Windows 10 64bits
* DasyLab V2016 SP1
* Instacall V6.70
* MCC DasyLab Drivers V14.0.1.721.en
* USB Daq USB-1808
=> Firmware version 1.00
=> FPGA version 1.03

My Request:
* Recording data by an external clock with an encoder sensor (output TTL 5V at 1khz max)
* 2 Analog Inputs (diff mode) clocked by this external clock
* 2 Digital Inputs software clocked
* 2 Digital Ouputs software clocked
* 2 Analog Outputs software clocked

I need to screen and record one analog input value for each pulse of my encoder
I need to survey the digital inputs at fast as possible (security sensor)
I need to activate the digital outputs at fast as possible (in function of the digital inputs state)

I tested the USB-1808:

In external clock mode (ICLKI=+5V and GND=gnd) and i had an error:

-------------------------------

USB device Dev2-Ai0
Data overrun - data was lost
DasyLab version V14.0.1.721
DasyLab Driver version V14.1.0.0
DaqDevInfo version 2.9.3.0
Universal Library version 6.7

-------------------------------

=> Why I have this error ?

=> Is the 47kO resistor needed ?
=> Which values that i have to set in the USB input hardware measurement setup (i tried different values but still have the pb) ?

Did the error linked to the configuration ?
Can you tell me which configuration i need to apply to hardware settings and measurement ?
What are the resistriction in terms of frequence and block size for AI (in ext clock) ?

What is the difference between ICLKI and OCLKI clock (OCLKI is the copy of the ICLKI) ?

- I tested the digital inputs (DIO0-1=+5V and GND=gnd) => it worked

- I tested the digital outputs (DIO2-3=+V and GND=gnd) => it worked
=> But when an error occurs, the state stay at the actual state, it doesn't switch to lower ?

=> What is the higher frequency that i can fix ?

I thank you for your answer.

Good day

Hugh
