error 1172 trying to read data XLR8

I am unable to get XLR8 to communicate to sheets. It will tell me sheet names, but when I attempt to read i get the error attached.

I have tried installing different versions of .net, not sure what to do, the install guide says the only prerequisite is .net4 or higher

Hello,

according to the error message you try to read data from a cell that "does not exist" (in your case cells G7 and/or B7).
