sp7 for Profibus

Can use sp7 plugin to connect using Profibus communication over db9 ?

To be more specific i have s7-300 cpu3152dp and want to connect it to a PC with LabVIEW

I can install a PCIe or c-series card to connect to the controller, there is solutions by NI and Siemens, but I'm not sure if i need some OPC server or NI-DSC and i prefer to avoid using NI-OPC and NI-DSC because of the yearly price you need to pay for a run-time client.

Sorry, our tool SP7 doesn't work with Profibus
