Chart plotting based on filtered values on specified channels

Hi guys,

I am manually carrying out some data analysis. I have created an event search that gives 1 and 0 based on my condition set (last channel on the plot below) - so far so good

Now, I want filter out the data EventSearch = 1 and replot so that other channels will be filtered out based on this condition but I can't find this simple filter function on DIAdem. 

My current long way around this is exporting the data to excel and filtering out data EventSearch = 1 and replot on DIAdem. Any suggestions?

Hi AlecTR,

You can filter channels depending on your condition in the dialog (or via script).

Please have also a look at the DIAdem example "Event Search" for a script solution.
