Diadem does not seem to load properly and does not show Data Portal and buttons to switch from navigator to Script for example. It is being run on Windows 7 and the user has restricted admin privileges. I have attached a screenshot of what Diadem looks like when starting up the program.
Any ideas?

The problem is solved. Upon uninstalling DIAdem, it does not seem to remove all files associated with NI or DIAdem. Had to remove manually then reinstall.
