Diadem2012 DataPlugin-Assistant crashes after testing Demo of Diadem2024

Hi everyone,

 

We are using Diadem2012, recently we were thinking about upgrading our licesnces to Diadem 2024. To that end I installed the Demo Version of Diadem 2024. Now that my Demo version ended i went back to using Diadem2012, however when trying to import new data using the DataPlugin-Assistant, I only get an error Message: "The DataPlugin-Asisstant was ended because of an error" (translated from the german message: "Der DataPlugin-Assistent wird wegen eines Fehlers beendet.".

 

I already tried reinstalling diadem 2012, aswell as removing all Diadem and Ni Software using the Package Manager (using the following method :Removing NI Software Hidden Packages and Folders Through NI Package Manager - NI) and reinstalling Diadem 2012. Nothing seems to work. My guess is that somewhere something upgraded and is not downward compatible. How can i get Diadem 2012 back to working. I rely heavily on Diadem for my work so this is a very big problem for me.

 

I am currently at a loss on how to procede, any help would be much appriciated 🙂
