Hi,
I just started experiencing an error where DIAdem will not execute the "ScriptStart" command. For example, trying to click the "transfer view to report" button gives the error "Option 10050 is not installed"
It is a computer running Windows XP, DIAdem 10.2.1f3219 and everything was working earlier today and I can't think of any new software that was installed, etc. Any ideas?

Hi Julia,
Option 10050 is the SCRIPT option, so somehow your DIAdem thinks it no longer has access to the DIAdem Script engine.
If you go to the DIAdem Help menu, please select "About" and then select "Installation" - it should give you alist of all the DIAdem options you have installed. What does it say there?
Does it say "DIAdem Pro Pkg / Script" ???
If the SCRIPT option is available, we need to start looing somewhere else, if it's not listed we need to dig down further that road ...

Hi Otmar,
It appears this was a licensing issue as we're not seeing the same problem today. If this happens again however, I will use your suggestion. Just for information, the user was authorized to access a base concurrent license.
