Script debugging is grayed out, even though the pdm.dll is registered and displayed in DIAdem

Hello together,

I am using DIAdem 2021 (OS is WIN10) and the debbugging function is grayed out, even though the pdm.dll is registered and displayed in DIAdem.

I there any thing else what I can do to activate debugging?
