Hello,

 

is it possible to change the display format attribut from numeric to time per chanel in LV Code?

in the picture normal it is numeric and i want to change it to time in LV Code

You can use the TDMS Set Properties VI to set any property of a file, group, or channel. But I haven't tried it with thiat property from within LV yet. Doing so in VBS in Diadem works as intended.

Hi Guys,

 

The channel property you want to set in LabVIEW is called "displaytype".  Note that you will need to change the numeric offset (add a constant of 60084288000) if your numeric values are typical "since 1904" LabVIEW datetime DBLs.  The "displaytype" channel property set to "Time" will tell DIAdem to display the values as datetimes, but DIAdem will assume its own "since 0 AD" offset.
