Expand Correlated DIO for M-Series to port1 and port2

DAQ Hardware like NI PCI-6225 has 8 Correlated DIO (port0) but 24 DIO are supported by DAQ Hardware.

It is not possible to use hardware timing on port1 or port2 outputs, they are not bufferd. Please expand

the buffered outputs also to port1 and port2 in M-Series DAQ Hardware to get 24 correlated DIO.

Unfortunately, the M Series hardware (as well as its successor, X Series) is not capable of doing correlated digital on the port1/port2 banks. The port1/port2 banks are PFI lines and are treated very differently by hardware.

If you want an M Series board that has 24 lines of correlated DIO, you'll need something like the NI PCI-6224 (supports up to 32 lines of correlated digital, although I'd recommend something like the X Series PCIe-6323 for new designs). There isn't an option if you want both the 80 AI channels of your 6225 and 24 correlated digital lines in a single board.
