In some discussion on closing some old ideas, a few questions arose on how third-party toolkits make it into the list:

I am hoping there will be a greater chance of an answer here than on the idea exchange.

Is listing in this dialog an automatic part of the Tools Network publishing process, or could a separate listing also be created?  If a separate listing can be created (or listing does not happen automatically), is there any documentation on how to do so?  Why does the JKI State Machine point to the specific package that is missing while OpenG and MGI just mention the general group of packages?
