Can't Install Imagelab 3DCreate Addon (VC with Labview for robot simulation)

Hi

  I want to use VC(Visual Components) with labview to control robot, so I want to VC website to download trail 2014 VC software and got trail product key.

In the same time using VIPM download  "Robotics Library for Visual Components - DigiMetrix GmbH", I read a manual to know before i run the software

i had to install "Imagelab 3DCreate Addon"

 

But when I installed this software, i got this error message  

 

Did anyone meet this message before and how to solve this problem ?

Any advice would be very appreciated.

HI

I could find 3DCreate 2014.ini in my computer

(C:\Program Files\Visual Components\3DCreate 2014)

Moreover, i thought VC was no problem, because I could open it and added a robot in the software.

Please download and install the updated version of the library .This version supports VC 3DCreate2014. 

The update will be availiable on LabVIEW Tools Network soon.

There is more information about how to run this software : It's only compatible with run-time 2009 ,so if you used later version in your PC ,you needed to go NI

IMAX to  check that do you have 2009 version in your computer?  If not, please go here  http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/1600/   to download 2009

run-time. 

  Now VC can connect to labview.
