Convert Read digital port vi from traditional DAQ to DAQmx

I am looking for to convert the read digital port vi from traditional DAQ to DAQmx equivalent

I have attached a snapshot of the vi to be converted

Can you please share me some ideas, I tried by myself but do get the pattern.

Since it looks like only bit 6 matters (all others are grounded), just set up the task to read that one line.
