How do you change a digital output to write rather than read on a sbrio9632?

Hey, i am pretty new to labview and the sbrio board.

I am trying to create a pwm signal to go to a mosfet (3.3v on and 0v off). I have looked at some pwm codes on the discussion boards and fiddled around with them.

One of the problems i am having is that when i try to change the digital output from the Rio board from  'read' to 'write' the 'write' selection is greyed out.

Can anyone help me change it so that i can write to the output?

Any help would be brilliant.

Thanks for posting on the NI forums!

How exactly are you changing the read and write selections currently?

Also, what version of NI RIO are you using? You can find this by looking under the software tab in Measurement & Automation Explorer. A more recent version may be needed if you don't have it already.
