Instrument suggestion for negative voltage clock

Hello, I need to create a clock signal that ranges from -3.3 V (low) to 0 V (high) with a rise time of <2 ns.  Does NI have an instrument that can support that?  I see that the PXI-6514 output voltage ranges from -30 V to 30 V which is covers my needs but I can't find rise time information in the the spec.

PXI-6514 is a simple GPIO card for controlling relays in the industrial environment and hence there is spec of rise time.

As far as I know, there is no high-speed DIO instrument that can operate in negative voltages. An alternative would be to use an external level shifter/buffer circuit to create a fast rise time and a negative voltage swing.
