What the best DAQ I can use it in this project?

Hello

 

I have 4 incremental encoder have 300 pulse per cycle and rotate with variable speed Max 8 rps

I want to store pulses in file on computer and I can restore this file as output as same as the input?

I'm unclear on "restoring the file as output as same as input?" can you explain this? Here's a good link to get started on encoders. Are you looking for a multifuction DAQ card? e.g. which has Counters, Analog Inputs, Analog Outputs? DIO? Number of channels? What kind of DAQ card? e.g. USB? PCI? Most of these features can be narrowed down here (left pane) and also allow you to gauge how much you would like to spend.

Hi mohamedaboauf,

 

X Series DAQ boards have 4 counters and are available in PCIe, PXIe, and USB form factors.  I have linked the most inexpensive board for each form factor since the counters are the same across all X Series.

 

You can use each of the four counters to take an Implicit Buffered Pulse Measurement which will give you an array of high and low times.  After you're done, you can play the signal back using the 4 counters configured to do a Finite Implicit Buffered Pulse Train Generation.

 

 

Using the X Series counters will give you the highest resolution (1 / 100 MHz timebase = 10 ns) out of any of our DAQ boards.  If you needed to scale this to more than 4 channels, you could instead sample and playback the lines using DIO (either 8 or 32 lines on X Series boards depending on the variant), but the resolution will be lower.
