how to send pwm signal to servo motor (with Matlab Simulink)

I'm using NI USB-6001 DAQ board.
I just generated PWM signal with MATLAB Simulink, (by pulse genrator blcok)
and converted it to boolean to send the signal right to the NI digital output
so that the servo can work.

(Connection : Computer - DAQ - servo)
and the blocks are like :

But the servo doesn't work..
how I can do to send pwm signal to servo motor?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! How did you send commands to NI DAQ? Do you include script directly to LabVIEW, ore use 3rd party software to control it? 

You can also attach your code, I'll have a look and try to help you to figure it out!
