RoboRIO 1.0 not imaging (unrecoverable error)

Hi there!

We are attempting to reimage an old roboRIO, however, when we attempt this, the status LED begins blinking continuously and we receive the error message attached below. We have tried putting the roboRIO in safe mode, as well as resetting the rio with a recovery file as described here, however, in both cases the result has been the same.

Is there a way to fix this issue? Thanks!

Have you tried a few different flash drives for the recovery process?

As sciencewhiz suggested, can you try some other flash drives? older ones (non usb-3) tend to work better.
