RoboRio 2 - Unrecoverable Error

We have the flashing status light of death.

We have a second RoboRio2 so this makes testing easier.

Tried all trouble shooting steps.

The SD card is good. Works in backup RoboRio 2.

Blew out the SD card slot. Removed the back and cleaned out everything.

Tried "SAFE" mode.

None of it worked. Still blinking STATUS light.

All we did was turn off the robot, put in a new battery and turn it on and the RIO was borked.

What is next steps?

Also, have you tried a different SD card?

Did all that. Reimaged. Tried a known working card.

Safe mode didn’t work.

blowing it out with air didn’t help.

So is there a next step. Is this very expensive RoboRio eligible for replacement? It's been 6 days now since I last responded.
