MHDDK vs 488DDK

Hi, all...

We are investigating the development of an OS/2 driver for the NI-488 PCI card. I see some references (perhaps old) to a 488DDK and others to the MHDDK. Is the 488DDK still available, or has it been superseded by the MHDDK? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, including pointers as to where to begin the project (after acquiring a board).

Thanks!

They are two different things. The MHDDK was meant for selected NI DAQ boards while the 488DDK was meant for the NAT4882 and TNT4882 chips. Both are as of now unsupported and not officially available anymore.
