CRIO Failure

Hi,

I am a member of the Tronic Titans, FIRST team 3161, from Oakville, Canada.

Recently at an event, our robot stopped working due to the cRIO turning off, and not turning back on again.

There is still 24V going through the wires to power the cRIO.

We have tested our robot with a cRIO temporarily borrowed from a neighbouring team, and it works fine.

Is there anything you can recommend we do?

Hi Luke3161,

If the cRIO still can't be turned on but another borrowed cRIO works just fine, it sounds like your cRIO is damaged. Please contact National Instruments at 1-866-275-6964 to ask about getting it fixed.
