Can not working on roboRio with Image v16

The can is not working, we tested EVERYTHING

we see nothing in the web interface

And when I plug the old one (with the image of last year), I see everything in the web interface

Have you installed the Cross The Road Electronics Phoenix Framework?  The web interface for CAN is not included with the roboRio this year, so you have to install the CTRE Phoenix Framework separately in order to use the web interface.  Installation instructions (and lots more!) can be found here:  https://github.com/CrossTheRoadElec/Phoenix-Documentation#installing-phoenix-framework-onto-pc
