Combining FRC, FTC, & Mindstorm Through LabVIEW

I teach PLTW Classes that use LabVIEW, participate in FRC and FTC, and compete in a local Lego Mindstorm competition.  Is there a way to setup LabVIEW so that I can use one installation on my lab computers to accomplish everything?

Perhaps someone has already done this?

Would appreciate any help I can get.

Hi Bernie,

FTC and FRC use different versions of LabVIEW. FTC = LabVIEW 2009; FRC = LabVIEW 8.6.1. It is not a problem to load both versions on the same PC. In fact, my laptop has both versions plus NXT-G v2.0 which LEGO ships with the NXT.

I am not sure which version of LabVIEW PLTW uses but if it is different, you'll be ok.

Keep in mind, your users will need to be shown/told which version to use for the right target... make sense?

Another thing to consider is setting up "virtual PCs" for each install.
