Control a Victor by an Encoder

We are trying to control a victor PWM by RPM rather than by voltage, is there a way to do this in FRC Labview?  We see that there is a example code to do this for a Jaguar, but don't see anything for a Victor.

You can use the PID palette to implement a PID controller that reads the encoder connected to the Digital Side Car and controls the voltage via the victor PWM.
