Hi my name is Bob Agresti and I’m a mentor for FRC team 2655. We were competing in the Peachtree Regional this past weekend and our cRIO went dead. All lights were out. We checked that it was getting power and it was. The First FTA for the tournament checked it and pronounced it dead. We were able to borrow one from the pit admin desk and get the robot running again. Is there any kind of return policy on these? If not, would it be worth sending back to get looked at and if possible repaired? Where would I need to send it? We are planning to get another one but would like to have this as a backup. Thanks in advance.

NI has been real good about replacing bad cRIO

I'm sorry to hear this! If you call the NI Support line and let them know you have a possible cRIO-FRC RMA they should put you in touch with somebody who can help you with this. Go to NI.com/Support and create a phone support request. Thanks!
