Error 1723 When Instaling LabVIEW FRC 2019

When I install LabVIEW FRC 2019 on my computer, the installation fails with error code 1723.

Here's the full text of the error:

The "Math Kernel Libraries (64-bit)" installation has failed with the following error:

Error 1723. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

I'm using Windows 10, and I've installed all Windows updates.

Are you installing from a downloaded copy or from the media that came in the KOP?

Please try the following steps and check if one of them fixed the problem:

1. Download and install the software again (it is possible either the download or the unzip process corrupted the file).
2. Force reinstall the contents inside the Resources/Distributions folder of the LabVIEW for FRC 2019 download.
3. Make sure you are the computer's administrator account, and that there are no anti-virus, services or programs impeding the installer to fetch and write the required files.
