Where's the password for the update suite? Or should we use the same password as for the game and season manual? 2017 Kick-off was yesterday. Cheers!
[Update]: Never mind, it was indeed the same password as the game and season manual.
I installed the 2017 Labview program and the updates, but, I get the error code below when I try to execute. Any ideas on how to correct?
Exception: Unknown (0xC06D007E) at EIP=0x771EC54F
Probably the best way to troubleshoot that would be to give our support team a call KDRC606. They're available from 1-7PM Central at 866-511-6285 (Monday-Friday) Give them a call and they'll do everything they can to get you running smoothly.
You might get around that if you try these troubleshooting steps:
Imaging the roboRIO and Common Troubleshooting Techniques
Look especially at section "The roboRIO imaging tool returns an error" and follow those steps. I usually find the NI-MAX step to reformat the one that fixes everything, but I suggest you follow the suggested steps in that order.
