FRC roboRIO 2.0

We are not getting a voltage our ot the RSL port on the NI roboRIO 2.0.  This is a brand new device.  What could be the problem?  We have tried connecting our RSL to our old NI roboRIO, and it works.  We get nothig when we connected to the 2.0.

Please advise.
