Labview Initilize Error

I am getting an error every time I try to launch labview ( See attached )

I am running windows 7 64 bit if that matters.

Has anyone seen this or know how to fix it?

FOUND OUT THE ANSWER

1. Make the user account an Administrator on the computer

or

2. Hold down shift and right click on labview, from the drop down menu select " Run as Administrator "
